CANCELLATION POLICY:

I understand that if I wish to cancel my enrollment for my Love Says Retreat, I may do so within 7 days of my initial registration payment and receive a full refund less a 10% reversal fee. After 7 days, this payment can be used as a credit for future Group Retreats or Private Retreat Days, less a 10% reversal fee.

Beginning 30 days prior to your Love Says Retreat, the payment is non-refundable and can not be used for a credit.

I understand that Elizabeth Johnson reserves the right to cancel a participant's enrollment in the event of the participant’s account being past due for more than one month.

Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section, if cancellation as a result of late payment(s) occurs PRIOR to the first day of the event, all payments made are non-refundable.
